A former tax accountant with two degrees and a background in a Big Four accounting firm and a Fortune 500 investment bank, Mandii made a bold pivot from corporate finance to creative entrepreneurship. She is now the founder and owner of Full Court Studios in Brooklyn, New York, where she develops and produces groundbreaking content that challenges norms and sparks meaningful conversation.
Mandii is the creator and co-host of Decisions, Decisions (formerly WHOREible Decisions), a chart-topping podcast that dives headfirst into candid discussions on sex, relationships, and identity, giving voice to taboo topics. She is also the founder of Selective Ignorance, Period, Sis, a podcast and animated series focused on reproductive health and education.
Previously, Mandii co-created and co-hosted See The Thing Is…, a culture-forward podcast that garnered a seven-figure deal, cementing her status as a leading voice in the podcasting world.
